What's Considered Fast Delivery?

We monitor our comments religiously on Amazon.com and other sites. It's a great way for us to get feedback on how we are doing and make sure we resolve any problems that come to light.

Our focus has always been on providing great value in terms of price to our customers, but recently we found an interesting trend in our comments: "Fast Delivery". We decided to take a look at this and see what all the fuss was about.

As of April 22nd, we have received 38 comments on Amazon.com. 24 of these comments mention "fast delivery" or "quick shipping". Since this comment came up so often, we thought it would be interesting to see what our actual shipping times were from our Cincinnati, OH warehouse.

Here is what we found in the month of April:

All of the above orders are by UPS standard ground shipping. We charge $5.95 flat shipping nationwide. We ship Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.

We always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible and hopefully the above times give you an idea of our shipping capabilities. Let us know what you think. We are always looking to improve.
